1) Ordering from www.silverbacksmonkeyhouse.co.uk

1.1 You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order.  If you are under 18, you may only use this site in conjunction with and under the supervision of, a parent or guardian.

1.2 By entering your credit card details at Paypal you are offering to buy the products at the stated price and agreeing to our terms and conditions.

1.3 You will only own the goods once we have received payment in full and we have despatched the goods. We can accept payment personal cheque or postal order in addition to our usual Paypal (credit / debit card) service, although items will not be dispatched until payment has cleared.

1.4 Please contact us at payments@silverbacksmonkeyhouse.co.uk if you would like to place an order using personal cheque.

1.5 Prices are in pounds sterling. Overseas customers are responsible for any customs fees or import tax due.

1.6 While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

1.7 We aim for next business day despatch.

1.8 When your good have been despatched we will send you a confirmation email confirming date and method of despatch.

1.9 You must check that the details on this confirmatory e-mail are correct as soon as possible and you should print out and keep a copy of it.

2) Supply

2.1 Products are subject to availability.  We will refund any money already paid if we cannot supply the product. 

2.2 We reserve the right to refuse to supply any products ordered.

3) Payment

3.1 Payment can be made by Credit Card (Mastercard or Visa etc.),  Debit Card (Mastro, Visa Debit etc.)  or E-check via Paypal.  For your protection we have chosen Paypal as our payment solution due to them being an industry leader and the fact that they are well trusted.

3.2 Please note that there is no need to sign up for a paypal account to make payment, however we can certainly recommend their services.

3.3 When you complete checkout you will be taken to a paypal secure payment server. 

3.4 Most Paypal payments are instantaneous, unless you choose to pay via e-check, where it can take up to 10 days for us to receive funds. 

3.5 Silverbacksmonkeyhouse.co.uk will not pass on your personal or credit or debit card details to any third party except where an additional security check may be deemed necessary. We shall be entitled to process your data in accordance with the terms of our Privacy Policy.

4) Refunds

4.1 In the unlikely event that goods arrive damaged on delivery you must inform us without delay by contacting damagedgoods@silverbacksmonkeyhouse.co.uk so that we can arrange with you the return of the item(s) and either issue a replacement or refund as appropriate.

4.2 If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any part of the order within 7 working days of delivery and your payment will be returned. To cancel the contract, you must first inform us within 7 working days of the day you receive the goods from us. You can inform us by email (support@silverbacksmonkeyhouse.co.uk) or post at Silverbacks Monkey House, 7 Elaine Avenue, Marton, Blackpool, Lancashire FY4 4LD. Following cancellation, goods must be returned to us in original unused condition including packaging (with any seals and shrink wrapping intact).
